“Very cleanly, cute apartment and cute area with great shops and food. Although the house directly next to it is under construction and quite loud, overall the loft itself was wonderful🙂”

“It was so bad we didn’t even check in to our room. Had a hooker hanging outside, a guy high on meth sitting on sidewalk. Front staff was outside no where to be found for 15 minutes and knew nothing about the area. I wish I could have at least one positive but there isn’t one.”

“The house was clean. The weather wasn't nice so wespent some time at the German Restaurant in the Old Town Sanford. Had some fun and good food.”

“Easy to find and the perfect location for us to get up and go to the Autotrain the next morning. Unit was nicely designed and the bathroom had the best shower we had on our trip. Communication was very quick and clear. No problems getting in the unit. We will stay there again if available on our next visit. ”

“We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool……

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”
