“Property was clean but sparse. Pool is on an old tennis court. The room shown with the beautiful arch etc... is not accessible. Handicap accessible shower and bathroom is on the second floor with stairs to it. The caretaker is excellent, and helpful. The a/c is working all day with little result, needs better window sealing for ventilation. Few amenities in the kitchen.”

“We stayed here for a week whilst touring lake Maggiore. Great location as ferry and train station literally 3 mins walk. Great supermarket around the corner. But the piece de resistance is the terrace. Big dining table and 4 chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. Paola and her husband are super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thanks ”

“We enjoyed ten wonderful days in Laveno in August 2025. The building greets you with a spotless, well-maintained staircase and a convenient elevator. Parking was never an issue, with spaces available right in front of the house. “À newly renovated one bedroom apartment with full kitchen capacity and AC! One bedroom and one bathroom. Leider hatten wir das Gefühl inmitten einer Riesen Gruppe untergebracht zu sein die sich abends lautstark unterhalten was direkt im Blickfeld vor unserem Mobilehome war. Ansonsten war alles prima. Aber man sollte wissen dass die Nähe zum See nicht ganz so nah ist, wie es aussieht. Aber insgesamt ein tolles Konzept. Wunderschöne und saubere, moderne Anlage. Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Kontakt und hilfsbereit.”

“De accomodatie was goed. Nieuwe zwembad was prachtig! Voor de kleine kinderen zagen we dat er genoeg te doen was. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het animatieteam maar we zagen wel dat de kinderen zich prima vermaakte. Restaurant was ook prima! We hebben hier heerlijk gegeten en met het voetballen hebben we daar ook gezeten wat heel gezellig was. Onze dochter houdt van voetballen en vond het jammer dat 's avonds de lichten van het voetbalveld/tennisveld niet aan ging. Elke avond was het druk……
