"My husband and I stayed here about three weeks ago for the first five nights of our honeymoon. Rita and the rest of the family were so welcoming and truly went above and beyond. "Tout était parfait ou presque. Demander d’avoir une chambre au 1-2e étage dans le 2e pavillon. Au 3e les fenêtres sont minuscules et la vue grandiose. Les chambres sont basics, la nôtre était petite mais très propres. Lit confortable et salle de bain complète. Merci de l’accueil du jeune homme au desk et aux serveurs du resto, très efficaces. Buffet du resto le soir changeant et beaucoup de choix. Bien situé pour le lac de Braie et Tre cime."

"I stayed for 1 night during a motorcycle road trip. Good parking for bikes & cars. Room was perfect size, nice bathroom & balcony. Nice breakfast to start the day. Family run hotel, staff were very warm & kind. Decor is a bit dated, but felt more homely than a regular hotel. Supermarket is walking distance. I highly recommend staying here whether solo or travelling with family."

"This place was amazing! Feel like we found a little hidden gem! We spent a couple days here at the end of May and we feel like we had the place to ourselves. The staff were the friendliest people and they food was incredible. The breakfast was included and they even had a juice machine where you could make fresh juice. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"The receptionists are all super helpful and patient to all our questions. The included breakfast is so good, always looking forward to it. We paid extra for dinner as well and it was the best decision, food was very upscale and delicious. The salad bar for dinner was just awesome, loved all the options provided. The bar was just as good, we always show up and ask the bartender(Alexandra) to surprise us with drinks and never has he disappoint once."

"Lovely authentic Tyrolean hotel . Rooms are large and newly renovated. Breakfast is a decent continental selection. A 3 course set dinner menu is available each night though we didn’t try it. The village is beautiful. We didn’t have a car but the bus and train network to neighbouring villages was pretty good and straightforward plus you get a free transport pass with the hotel. There is a bus stop outside the hotel and the train station is less than 10 minutes walk. All the shops are very close including a new laundrette . Everyone in town speaks Italian and German and most speak enough English . I would definitely stay in this town and at this hotel again. "

"Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money equation. "
