The location is great. I visited during Mahakumbh period, lot people around the Vishwanath temple, causing road closures and crowd. Otherwise it could have been a great experience

1. Half the items on the restaurant menu were not available 2. The service was really slow… and at times there was no response ( example- in my 6 days of stay they didn’t replace my faulty hair dryer) 3. The elevators and in general all the rooms had a particular stink… The guy in charge though, Suraj was a good and helpful person but I don’t think he knows the competence of the staff. Well now he will know. They have.a taxi service - please don’t use it if the guy incharge is Rajan Singh who would keep changing the rates on you…some people are just to make as money out of you when they see an American passport… very sad.. Overall very average to below average service for the price point.

It is a decent hotel but needs several improvements to be really called a 4 star.
