“Really good location if you want to stay near to Montecarlo (10 min walk in, with lights and a footpath). Heating/AC worked very well. Pool was very clean and terrace it is positioned on has a very nice view looking up towards Montecarlo. Restaurant food was also very nice. It's a working vineyard, and we saw deliveries of their wine to restaurants nearby and them pick the grapes. ONLY downside is the Jacuzzi/Hot tub. “What a beautiful house in a stunning and peaceful setting! The property is absolutely lovely and the hosts Martin and Giusy couldn’t have been more welcoming. The location feels very secluded but the town is only a 10 minute walk away and Viareggio is only 20 minutes by car. The kids really enjoyed seeing the alpacas and exploring the grounds and loved the pool. We had an amazing stay and really hope to return. ”
