Semi-detached villa with fine finishes, consisting of living room with open kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed + 1 bunk bed), 1 study room with 2 beds, garden equipped with table, barbecue, shower and sink. It is a semi-detached house and is spread over three levels: basement, raised ground floor and first floor.
Located in a very quiet area just a few minutes from the splendid dunes of porto pino. From the terrace of the master bedroom you can experience breathtaking sunsets.
