Staff were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very good. A bit confusing as pancakes were set out, but cold. Had to use the toaster to warm up. But the service was fantastic. Dinner was not as good. We found the prices to be expensive and quality not great. Drinks were also expensive. We chose to go into town for dinner our last night.
The AC didn't seem to work very well. It said it was 18° and it seemed closer to 21. The bed was quite firm and uncomfortable. We noticed it after the 2nd night. Kinda wore on us.
Overall the hotel was good. Just a few minor things as I have stated.

This hotel was amazing and the staff was too! Our room had a great view, was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to many restaurants and shops. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in Sorrento, I will definitely close this place home for my stay again!!!
