My stay at this property was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a room for fourteen nights, but checking in was a hassle. The front desk person, who worked every day, acted as if they didn’t know me. I frequently found myself locked out, as entry required a code or facial recognition.
Despite the hotel's advertisement for a laundry, the laundry was inaccessible due to a locked door that required a key. The room itself was devoid of any cleaning supplies, which was a major...
