Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac shaded by mature trees, this peaceful community offers 8 miles of walking paths with mountain views, plus coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Guests are also minutes from the Chavez Community Center, featuring a pool, ice rink, fitness facilities, and classes at reasonable rates. Enter through the enclosed front courtyard and iconic blue door, where sweet gum and cherry trees create a shady outdoor welcome. Inside, the home reflects the spirit of Santa Fe—colorful décor, original artwork, books, music, and inviting spaces designed for comfort and relaxation. The living room features high-beamed ceilings with round vigas, skylights, built-in bookcases, and a wood-burning kiva fireplace. Comfortable seating and a Smart TV (Netflix included) make it an ideal gathering space. French doors open to a fully enclosed rear courtyard with a second kiva fireplace, outdoor dining area, barbecue, and lush plantings—perfect for enjoying Santa Fe’s beautiful climate in every season.
