Nestled in the heart of the city, this charming unit is just a five-minute stroll from the vibrant Plaza, the Railyards Arts district, and an array of museums, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy modern comforts including essentials, air conditioning, heating, high-speed wireless internet, a full kitchen and a wood-burning fireplace (October 1 to April 30). Make your Santa Fe getaway unforgettable with this ideally located and well-appointed home away from home. \*\*\*Please note if travelling with a larger group, consider renting additional adjacent or one of the other 9 units at the complex - all units are managed and maintained in-house with limited staff, not through an off-site management company\*\*\* LIVING AREA Relax in your southwest living area furnished with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, custom-made tables and benches, a flat screen smart TV with Roku. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (October to April). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season. KITCHEN & DINING If you feel like cooking, you can whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, where there are chef's pans and cookware. The table seats four people. BED & BATH This peaceful bedroom with an ensuite bath has a king-sized bed and a 42-inch smart TV. OUTDOOR AREA The private balcony offers views of the mountains and parts of Santa Fe. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels, Roku Streaming, firewood, coffee, and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice maker are provided. Unassigned parking is available (one space per unit, please put your parking pass on the dashboard of your car) at our on-site parking lot. Zona Rosa also included electric car charging ports (one Tesla and one universal). This rental is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available. THE LOCATION Tucked away in exciting downtown Santa Fe, Zona Rosa is just 2 blocks from the historic Plaza and a five-minute walk from the trendy Railyard district. Spend fun-filled days experiencing the local sites, sounds and flavors near your unit. Or drive 10 minutes to check out the Santa Fe Opera or Meow Wolf's House of Eternal Return. The slopes (and hiking trails) of Ski Santa Fe are also within 16 miles.
