So quiet and relaxing, even though you are within a short walk to everything. Everywhere spotlessly clean, the breakfast was fabulous, a huge variety to choose from, all staff so pleasant and welcoming. The pool area is spacious but is missing maybe some chairs, I found the sunbeds slightly uncomfortable but overall I would give it 10/10 and would definitely recommend.

Stayed here with my dog for four nights and had a great experience. It is a really practical boutique style hotel and is perfect for those wanting a stay/work location (vs a resort hotel). Incredibly good value in an unjustifiable competitive market. Would definitely stay thee again and highly recommend. Comfortable beds, Great Air Conditioning, Practical Common Areas for meet/work, Easy parking and good accessible location.

My sister and friends' 50th bday celebration was a massive success at this beautiful property. The staff was magnificent especially Ayman, Luwa, other front desk staff and staff in general. 10 out of 10!

This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location, it is spotlessly clean and staff are amazing. We have stayed here several times and always had a really great experience. Our most recent stay in May was sadly very different to the experiences we have had before and on this basis I am not sure we will return. During our previous stays, other guests have always been respectful and pleasant but during this stay the hotel felt more like a rowdy family all inclusive. We saw guests were using their hands to pick up items at the breakfast buffet, despite there being plenty of tongs available, we saw people taking glass bottles of water and napkins full of food out to the pool area (despite staff asking them not to), the mess left on and around tables during breakfast was utterly disgusting. At the pool, a loud man and his children spent most of one morning throwing balls to each other from one end of the pool to the other, preventing anyone else from swimming up and down, they were shouting to each other with no regard for others. People were putting towels out over sunbeds and then going for breakfast and not actually coming out to the pool for a couple of hours - I know this can be a problem in lots of hotels but we’d never experienced at Las Aguas before. One lady reserved seven sunbeds but her family didn’t come down to use them until mid morning. Staff look fed up and although it’s still gorgeous, just be warned thatthis hotel is no longer a peaceful, luxurious experience.
