“A great apartment on the edge of the old town. Fab views of the sea and of the local area - great for people watching. Good size living / kitchen area with well appointed cooking area. Full sized fridge freezer which is always a bonus. Bedroom at the back with a small rooflight window - no aircon - but a decent fan in both areas. Walk in bathroom/ shower was without a window and limited mechanical extraction - so had a v damp smell - a design fault - but had to keep that door closed. But the……

Hardly 10 min drive or €13 euro Bolt Taxi to the Funchal city, € 9 Bolt taxi to the airport.……

“Room was good, ants on first night in bathroom & heating a little noisy, but clean and well kept by staff. Staff were very friendly overall, the upkeep and docor of the hotel was beautiful. All inclusive, was worth it. The food was wonderful. Th entertainment a good touch, one pool cold and barely used, but the other was good.. the indoor pool area could be cleaner. Overall it was a wonderful stay. ”

“Near airport , few shop and restaurant. lobby have free wifi and if you reg the member,you can get the free a bottle of madeira wine,a bottle of water and fruit.No air-con and fan in room ,but we feel cold as the wind.Beautiful view .You can take bus to Funchal,around 15min and cost around 2Euro/way”
