“Super séjour à Madère ! L’hôtel est agréable, la chambre est grande et nous avons été super bien accueilli par Victor qui petit + parlait français ! La piscine sur le toit est petite mais durant notre séjour en juin il n’y avait jamais personne donc on était vraiment bien à profiter de la piscine et des transats et des tables sur le rooftop avec vue sur l’océan ! “Unfortunately we arrived at the hotel after a long trip from Canada , only to be told there were no rooms for us. We had booked 2 rooms several months ago. We were told by the front staff that a terrible thing happened to the rooms and they couldn’t allow us to use them. They had made other arrangements to have us stay at another hotel. My husband and I put alot of time into finding the right place for us. The place they put us in was a much older hotel and not what we would have booked.”
