“Rien a redire, tout était parfait de la chambre au restaurant, au spa, hammam, sauna.
Le personnel est gentil, accueillant et souriant et au petit soin , vraiment au top!
En janvier le parking souterrain sera opérationnel ainsi que le soin massage.
A notre arrivée dans la chambre nous attendait une collation avec un bien de Madère de 10 ans d'âge vraiment excellent 😁.
Le petit déjeuner et variés puis présenté avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement.
Nous y étions pour la semaine de Noël et même……

“One of the top hotels I have ever stayed. The service was nothing less than exceptional. The Reserve was the high end room in this hotel and it was worth every penny. We felt like royalty. From the greeting on the airport tarmac to the wonderful checkin. The housekeeping staff was so amazing. We have really never had this level of perfection in any other place we have stayed. The restaurants in the reserve part of the hotel were excellent and probably some of the best food on the island. You……
