“The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. ”

“Great location with grocery shopping and other stores, restaurants within walking distance. The room was spotless and the view was very pleasant. The room service was very efficient and arrived quickly. I think the could have used a clock so that when you woke up in the night you knew what time it was and also the hair dryer kept turning off. That was very inconvenient. The front desk staff assisted me with all of my tours and answered all of my questions. All in all it was a very good……

For the three days that we were guests at this lovely hotel, we found that there was just not enough staff to manage keeping the tables clean, getting adequate food on the buffet table, refilling the platters, putting out sufficient mugs, etc. The two staff members who were working were polite with our requests, and very respectful, but they just couldn’t do it all on their own. “Cleanliness has room of improvement. There are ants in room and blood stain and hair were found in linen and towel. After telling the hotel staff, cleaning lady has made the room more tidy”

“One word that sums up Reids is ‘Classy’. From check in to check out the attention to detail is impressive. The facilities are top notch - we enjoyed the tennis courts and the salt water pool.
