“Excellent stay!
Everything was excellent from beginning to end. The service was very good, the rooms were spectacular, and the pool was beautiful. The nightly show was also absolutely spectacular and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The only recommendation I would give to international guests is to make sure they know how to identify the hotel staff when going out to the beach. Some of the beach vendors……

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”

“Wir hatten als Familie mit vier Kindern einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Irotama und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Unser Apartment im Del Mar war sehr großzügig, mit einem fantastischen direkten Meerblick und Whirlpool auf der Terrasse.
