"A present surprise in a quite residential area but just a short walk into the small beautiful old town. We enjoyed a beer at a bar in the town square before walking back to the Hotel for Dinner. Charming restaurant with very nice food and a super helpful waiter who spoke excellent English and made us very welcome. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The food was delicious, and they happily accommodated our request for vegetarian meals. They offered good recommendations for hiking areas. The property caters to cyclists, which we did not realize and have nothing to do with, but it was perfect for us on a couples sightseeing vacation as well. "

"We had a wondeful 3- night-stay in this amazing authentic Catalan house. We loved how all the details in the house represent traditions and history. Marta and Viktor were amazing making sure we had all we needed. Figueres is a 25 minute drive and other sights are also a short driving from the house. "We were traveling with our dog, and the staff were friendly and accommodating of him. The hotel had on-site parking which was easy to use and a small gym. "My room was hot and the AC was turned off in the hotel for the spring. I found a hair from the previous guest on the sink. Other than that, the room was clean. The cleaning staff was friendly and the woman at reception was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly so one star just for her. I found the bed hard and uncomfortable, but my friend who stayed in her own room said she had the best sleep of our entire trip on this night at this hotel in Girona. So take my review for what it’s worth. "
