Expansive porches run the length of both homes, offering multiple seating areas that overlook a landscaped, fenced yard and the peaceful, tree-lined street. Outdoor living is a highlight here, with a large lighted deck featuring dining for up to 17 guests, two charcoal grills, and a charming courtyard strung with twinkle lights—perfect for cookouts and evenings under the stars.
