The pool, tiki hut, and golf cart were enjoyed, as well. Access to beach was right across the street. The location couldn't be better—right across from the beach and just a short golf cart ride to great shopping and restaurants along 30A. The home was spacious, which made it perfect for our group, and everything was conveniently laid out for easy living. The property management team was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made our experience that much smoother. The home has clearly been renovated with a beachy, airy vibe, which we loved, but there were still some signs of aging. The kitchen was a bit understocked with utensils, so if you plan to cook a lot, you might want to bring a few of your own items. They provide a “starter pack” with essentials like a few dishwasher pods, some dish soap, and basic toiletries, which was a nice touch. However, we did need to purchase extras like hand soap and additional garbage bags. The property manager was great but we stayed for a week and no one could get a good night sleep. All of the mattresses needed to be replaced!! I woke up hurting every single day!! But, the TV in the main room wasn’t working correctly (reception was constantly inconsistent), no extra garbage bags (had to purchase), no extra toilet paper (had to purchase) and the inside and outside of the house needs a lot of TLC.
