DETAILS: Guests will love SeaTime’s location in Blue Mountain Beach, right at the edge of Dune Allen Beach. This 3–bedroom, 3–bathroom home sleeps 10 and has Gulf views, dedicated beach access, and a private pool. Guests can walk across 30A to enjoy a craft beer, get an ice cream cone, eat local seafood, or shop at Gulf Place.

This comfortable, no–fuss home has an open living, dining, and kitchen area. Slipcovered furnishings, wood floors, and a jute rug are beach–sand friendly and provide a comfy spot to relax after a day of jumping waves. KitchenAid appliances and the kitchen’s marble countertops offer ample space to prepare meals. A guest bedroom with a twin–over–full bunk bed and twin trundle share a bathroom with shower with the living area. A back door opens to a wood deck with an outdoor shower and a large pool and pool deck. Enjoy warm Gulf breezes and the sounds of crashing waves while relaxing by the pool.

On the second floor are 2 bedrooms. A primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower. French doors open to a private porch with Gulf views. Listen to the wind rustle the palm trees and watch the sunset over the Gulf without ever leaving your room! A guest bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with shower.

Get ready to enjoy the views from the third floor! A day bed and wet bar are surrounded by windows revealing the deep blue of the Gulf. Step out onto a balcony, toast the sunset, or enjoy a meal under the stars at a high-top table with 4 chairs. The views of the Gulf are fantastic and overlook the dunes at Ed Walline Park.

Great house, great location

Thoroughly enjoyed the house and pool. Beds were comfortable and our family of 5 had more than enough space. The management team was impressively responsive when the AC wasn't working and got it back up and running in hours. Location is unbeatable, very short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Perfect location

The location was amazing..close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was pretty clean but could use a deep cleaning. Overall we would stay here again.

Wonderful sunset views!

Excellent location on the ocean side of 30A with walking and biking to restaurants, private walkway steps away to beautiful beach, relaxing with morning coffee on rooftop deck overlooking the ocean, ending the beach days with grilling out and swimming in the backyard pool. Would definitely stay at this property again.
