The first floor has three bedrooms: a primary suite with its own fireplace and private bath, another primary bedroom with a view of 30A, and a fun bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks and a trundle bed. Property was overall fine and as described. Oversee who manages it seems incapable. Place was not cleaned when we arrived. It took hours for that to get squared away and we could settle in which is not how you want to start a vacation. I also didn't appreciate oversees request I send a picture of my driver's license in plain text or unencrypted email. The private pool was nice except the floor was rough to the point feet would bleed. Kitchen could use more basic equipment (fry pans, baking sheets, toaster).

I love this condo. The only complaint is it could have been cleaner but they offered to come clean. The patio furniture was not comfortable but we put our own cushions on the chairs. The views are amazing, not crowded, parking good, and the security guard was so nice!
