I celebrated my birthday at Cresanto over the weekend and had the king suite which was perfect! The staff were lovely and the restaurant at the hotel is excellent! Can’t wait to return next year!

From the moment we arrived the hospitality was amazing. I had gone to Santorini to propose to my girlfriend and staying at this hotel made it an amazing experience! I highly recommend the daily breakfasts; we had dinner one night and the food (Gnocchi especially) was fantastic too. At breakfast they always made sure we had water and coffees! Upon arrival we had 3 complimentary drinks including a freshly made spanish sangria and some grape liquor in a bottle they had left in our room which was made on the island. The personal touches at Cresanto were what made it. As soon we told them we were engaged they sent a complimentary bottle of prosecco to our room! Aspa (the guest relations manager) and Panos (the F&B manager) especially were so friendly and gave advice etc accordingly. We spoke to them every day and must give Panos' spicy cucmber cocktail a special shout out which he made for us on the evening we got engaged! I highly recommend Cresanto and would use them again if I ever went back to Santorini!

I cannot say enough how wonderful my stay was at this property. I emailed them about 2 weeks prior to my trip to make a few inquiries and requests as well as inform them that i was traveling to Santorini to celebrate a milestone birthday! From that first email response I knew that I was in for great service! They managed to even exceed that expectation set!!!! I highly recommend this boutique hotel. Their guest services manager, Aspa was a true gem and a welcoming hostess that truly provided a VIP experience!

Aspa was our concierge and was exceptional! She arranged for all our transfers and was available 24/7. The recommendations she provided for dinner in Fira and brunch in Oia were delicious. The hotel itself was 5star all around. Luxurious accommodations. Hot tub with ocean views was a special treat. When we return, we will be staying here again!
