It was clean, the staff was beyond helpful. Sophia reached out ahead of time and answered questions I had. They arranged tours and transportation if you needed it. The food was amazing. Breakfast was fresh and there was always someone there to help. They even deliver my breakfast to my room the first morning. The drinks, yum! The view is spectacular. I plan to come back to Santorini and will stay again. It’s walking distance to the village, a must do! Eddie was the driver from the resort and if he was busy, they would call a service for transportation. Fito, made the best drinks. I highly recommend. Th room were clean and charming and they had a variety of rooms and suites. Our room was cozy and comfortable, serviced every day (fresh towels, cleaning). The caldera view from the hotel is spectacular! Sofia and Eddy are very friendly and supportive. We used public transportation instead of rental car. The bus stop is located just in 5 minutes walk. Perfect spot for sunset! Sophia and Eddie and crew are very helpful regarding our airport transportation (midnight flight), car rental requests, and recommendations about Santorini. We took the sailing cruise (5 hours including open bar and lunch), it was so perfect in late Oct. the swim in water was refreshing and the view during the entire trip is breathtaking. The Luxe suite was great with living room area and huge balcony with hot tub.
