Amazing staff. Sophia treated us like family. The breakfast is better than most restaurants. The entire staff is professional, courteous and friendly. The room was spotless and well equipped. The view is amazing. The pool and dining area is beautiful. I can’t say enough great things about it. We will come back to Santorini just for the hotel. Thank you Sophia. You made our stay the highlight of our trip to Greece!

We visited in March and the weather was cold and very windy. We had a Jacuzzi suite which never got warmer than a cool bathtub. The lounge chairs were comfortable but very low to the ground and difficult to get out of. The staff was very accommodating and the resort was very well kept. Spectacular views!

We arrived at Grand View after having a bad experience at another place. What a difference we had here. The lady on reception (Sophia I think) was so welcoming and informative. We booked some activities with her. She had info about the island, beaches, places to eat and then got staff to show us to our room and take our luggage. The room was amazing. Spotless and spacious. The views were incredible and the balcony was a perfect finishing touch. We spent 3 nights in the lux suite and 3 nights in the honeymoon suite. Both were amazing so I'd recommend either. The staff were always on hand and couldn't do enough; from front desk, to cleaners, restaurant staff and maintenance. I didn't get the guys name who runs the pool bar and restaurant but he is an asset to the hotel. One of the best experiences of customer care, hospitality and their amazing use of the property they have. If I come back to Santorini, this is where I am staying. Take my advice and book here.

The shower experience was particularly enjoyable. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast, which was simply outstanding. Everything was delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making breakfast a delightful way to start each day. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and welcoming, contributing greatly to an overall pleasant stay. The ocean view from our room and pool area is absolutely stunning. Perfect spot for sunset! Sophia and Eddie and crew are very helpful regarding our airport transportation (midnight flight), car rental requests, and recommendations about Santorini. We took the sailing cruise (5 hours including open bar and lunch), it was so perfect in late Oct. the swim in water was refreshing and the view during the entire trip is breathtaking. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views and huge amenities with the Pool Villa. The private infinity pool and hot tub with private deck was a huge plus. Two rooms with air conditioning and private baths were clean and convenient. Great food at the restaurant and room service available.
