“Overall, I’d say it was a good stay. It’s in a safe area, the apartment is a good size for three people, it was relatively clean, close to the metro, and communication with the hosts was good.
The main downside was the check-in process. We were supposed to receive all the check-in information on the morning of our arrival, but 45 minutes before check-in we still hadn’t received anything. Once we contacted them, it took a while to find our reservation because they couldn’t search by name or by……
