I love everything about you. Only negative thing was the age of the property. I think you should start repairing the floor. They are a lot of things in the apartment which needs replacing. But overall we LOVED it.

The apartment had some pros and cons. The pros: the size was reasonable for our family. All the utilities were in good working order including the air conditioning. The videos on the website were mostly helpful, but there were some weaknesses. The cons: when we first walked into the apartment, there was a smell of the toilet throughout the entire apartment. Unless there was a plumbing issue where sewer gas would come up the pipes, two bathrooms were not clean and it smelled throughout the unit. We had to open the bath windows and keep the doors closed to mitigate the smell. There was also the challenge of using the clothes washer. The buttons/icons did were not descriptive for the American visitor and the video did not detail all the functions/icons for the washer. We looked up the manual online, but we couldn't find an English translation to help us operate the washer with certainty. The oven was also a problem, the icons had worn away so it was impossible to tell what knob setting would do what. But even if the icons were not worn away, the video was not helpful in describing the operation because the meaning of the icons were not obvious to the American visitor. There were also a couple nails in the floor that were coming up and were high enough to be hazardous and injure someone's foot.
