“I absolutely love everything about this hotel. This is my second time coming here and when I return to Sao Miguel, this will be home. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Ponta Delgada. There is valet parking available. The staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel is magnificently beautiful and luxurious with its gold detail. The room is spotless as usual. “Nine Dots is a wonderful hotel! Well situated, easy to walk to attractions and restaurants, very close to the waterfront. The staff were outstanding, very helpful and welcoming, and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Housekeeping staff came around in the evenings to ensure our needs were met. Parking can be a bit tricky, but you're given a few options. Amazing breakfast buffet! Loved the artwork.”

“Hotel was in a great location, right across from the Marina. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and made out stay easier. If you have a car, street parking is very difficult to find. However, there is underground parking across the street which is convenient. Ask the hotel for a pass. We had a great stay and had time to enjoy the wellness centre. Highly recommend this hotel.”
