Uma experiência impecável

Desde o check-in até a saída, tudo foi surpreendente. Os espaços comuns são lindos e muito bem cuidados: a piscina é relaxante, a academia moderna e completa, o spa oferece um ambiente de puro bem-estar, e a sala de coworking é silenciosa e funcional. O restaurante serve pratos deliciosos com apresentação sofisticada. O café da manhã é farto e variado, com opções regionais, frutas frescas, pães, bolos e sucos naturais. O quarto é um verdadeiro refúgio: amplo, decorado com elegância rústica e muito conforto. A cama é tão aconchegante que parece te abraçar. Tem TV, Wi-Fi excelente, banheiro espaçoso com chuveiro quente e amenidades da Natura. A música ambiente nas áreas comuns é suave e agradável, um charme à parte que reforça a atmosfera sofisticada. A arquitetura do hotel, inspirada na Serra da Capivara, é um espetáculo à parte, unindo rusticidade e sofisticação de forma harmoniosa. Recomendo com entusiasmo! Um lugar que encanta em todos os detalhes. Voltarei, sem dúvidas!

Bom conforto, mas alimentação ruim.

O hotel é lindo, o quarto e a cama muito confortável. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, se tratando de um Resort e o valor da diária. Outras opções na mesma cidade, com hospedagem mais simples, tem um café mais sofisticado e variado. No Google o restaurante a noite informava que ficava aberto até as 23h, mas ao chegar lá às 22:30 informaram que fechava as 22:20.

Uma pousada com nome de Hotel

A estrutura do Hotel é boa, mas o atendimento é horrível, o chuveiro do quarto completamente obstruído, ar condicionado sem refrigerar. O Hotel aluga o restaurante para eventos privados, tirando o acesso dos hóspedes, e usando a mesma equipe de funcionários. Restam para os hóspedes apenas 5 mesas na área da piscina, aguardando a boa vontade de algum funcionário do restaurante ir atender. Pra fechar com chave de ouro, pela manhã, um funcionário do hotel entrou no quarto sem bater, enquanto minha esposa dormia. Equipe e gerência totalmente despreparadas. Não recomendo a ninguém!

A estadia foi muito boa, porém ainda pecam em alguns fatores, restaurante com pouca diversidade e não tem nenhuma opção vegetariana, embora tenham sido muito atenciosos ainda falta treinamento pros atendentes, . tivemos demora e erro com pedido. Contudo, muto confortável e limpo.

Péssimo custo-benefício. Pedi dois copos no bar e uma senhora falou que chamaria o garçom pra me dar os copos, não me deram, minha esposa foi na recepção pedir e disseram que mandariam no quarto. Tivemos que tomar o vinho direto da garrafa, pq até hoje espero esses copos.

Hotel excepcional

O hotel foi renovado a poucos meses e se encontra novinho. Camas confortáveis e quartos aconchegantes. A equipe do hotel também é maravilhosa. Pontos que podem melhorar: 1- chuveiro, o chuveiro tem pouca saída de água e deixa o banho a desejar. 2- Amenities, o hotel poderia fornecer shampoo e sabonete na versão liquida, pois como fornece em versao de barra e a água do local é um pouco dura, não consegue ter uma eficiência boa. 3- café da manhã, falta sucos como laranja e mais variedade nas comidas. 4- a região é bem quente e foi criado um jardim lindo dentro do hotel, acredito q se melhorar a rega dele mais vezes no decorrer do dia possa criar um microclima mais legal dentro do hotel.

Super estadia hotel recém inaugurado

Hotel novo ,cama e lençóis confortáveis, bem decorado, com equipamentos novos e silenciosos( ar-condicionado, frigobar e luminária para leitura) . Pessoal muito simpático e prestativo, cozinha excelente, piscina e sala de ginástica, café da manhã pode melhorar para o padrão nota 1.000 deste hotel!!!
