“Perfect Inn.
Great sunset views from the 3rd floor. Met all my needs. A full Breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes and more) was a 90 second walk to the same owners bar.
Breakfast on the Pacific!
A/C , hot water, fridge all worked great. Pool and outdoor shower were a nice plus for sand and hot days.

“This is a pretty expensive hotel for the location. The reception was closed and I had to call for help at the pool VHF-radio... Very few people speaks English. I stayed in a suite, which has a nice bed, almost the only good thing about the place. On day 2 afternoon I wanted to take a shower, but as on day 1 no hot water and after a few attempts no water at all, not even cold. No reception. The rooms on the first floor with volcano views from the veranda are great - worth paying extra for. Tasty, generous breakfast. “First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white.
We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to……

“So upon arrival to Nuestra Casa I was very displeased. The pool was visibly dirty as well as the kitchen area. I spoke with a manager at their sister hotel Casa Oro and they were very accommodating and switched my room. My stay at Ana Lucia was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

“Not the hotels fault, but that road leading to the hotel sucks it’s really bad and i was in a pickup truck . Very bumpy and wild. Not fun at all . Hotel is 2 stars at best. However staff was great 5 stars to them , very attentive and courteous . They did the best they could to make us happy and that made a big difference . ”
