"Facilities were very comfortable and economical. The in hotel breakfast restaurant was very good and worth the surcharge to the room rate. We would go there again if we found ourselves going to Sapporo in the future."

"Great location and would stay again. The only bad thing was one of the wooden bed frame being a bit squeaky and dirty vacuum cleaner but we had other cleaning supplies to use for our stay, which was sufficient."

"I stayed 4 nights here, and i had no complaints. Great facility with nearby retails that i appreciated a lot. My room was pretty big with both bathtub and shower stall in westernized fashion. "
"We booked two rooms for a week in July and staying at the Keio Prelia made our visit to Hokkaido all the more special. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful and our views were amazing. The rooms were clean and stylish, as was the rest of the hotel. We especially enjoyed an afternoon tea in the lobby. We would be very excited about staying here again."
"Clean and comfy hotel. Also well located with restos in the same bldg accessible from the outside. Its near the JR Sapporo train station.
Would stay here again"
"We both really liked the hotel restaurant! It was very easy to book and to eat at, though arrows indicating what direction to move in at the buffet might be helpful in the future."
"The best hotel Ive stayed at during my time in Japan. The bed was comfortable, the service was excellent. Best sleep Ive had in Japan! The bathroom in my room was only a shower, but they have a shared bath in the lower level. Being directly between Odori Park and the Factory shopping center made the location immensely walkable!"
"Used this hotel on a recent trip to Sapporo. I booked for the public bath as many other did not have that feature. It was clean and nice to use. This hotel chain has very small rooms. Please take that into consideration when booking. The location is a bit far from Susukino where much of the tourist focused activities are but you can access the subway to get there. If a bath is important to you, I’d go here. If you want more walkable convenience to stores and shops, I would book the hotel in Susukino. "
"The staff kindly held our luggage until check-in time, which was a nice convenience on a busy morning. The building is a little dated, but the room and bed was quite comfy. The location, in the heart of the Odori area and close to the subway and streetcar was perfect."
"The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. They accidentally reserved a smoking room for us instead of a non smoking room and they were very honest that it was their mistake and very apologetic about it. They even offered to give us free breakfast vouchers"
"sitting right at the center Susukino district and near the train station.
everything is walkable. also, lots of ski buses stop point are right in front of this hotel. It's perfect stay before travelling to/from ski resort and CTS airport. "
"It was a quick stop for us so we didn't mind a traditional Japanese business hotel. Room size was decent while furniture outdated. Mattress was not super comfortable but nothing too much beyond our expectation. Check-in staff speak little English but were generally helpful. Parking lot is narrow, but again all within our expectations. Area is vibrant with a good range of restaurant options and very walkable. Value for the price."
