Great location. You have from excellent food options to shopping walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly which means alot to me. The rooms are smaller than what we are used to in America but still cozy and just enough space. Rooms are very clean, and housekeeping staff are amazing. One call for extra towels or blanket and the next 2 minutes they are already at the room. Loved that! Will definitely stay here again if opportunity presents.

This hotel is perfect for those days when you have an early flight in the morning. It's on the airport property and 6-8 minute walk to the check in counters. Lobby has a bar and restaurant so very convenient. Staff is energetic, friendly and helpful. Standard rooms are small but sufficient for overnight stay and price is right. I upgraded to the family room and was much better. Can't go wrong for early travelers. I'll book here again.

Amazing hotel so clean and a comfortable customer service

Clean room, nice thick towels, crisp cotton sheets and friendly service. Even when we showed up at 11:30 pm and had to leave at 5:15 am for our next flight. Free taxi to the airport in the morning. Highly recommend this place for travelers. 10 min from the airport

This property was much better than I expected. The hotel is new, with a clean and practical modern style that is so inviting. The rooms are large with everything you’d want, including lots of space in a new and clean room (which is not so common in Europe at affordable prices ). You can’t beat that the hotel is 1 block away from metro, so within a few minutes you could be at most places you’d want to visit. I recommend it fully. Ah! Safe, quiet location about a mile from everything in the historic / tourist districts you want to see. You can take a longer (30 minutes to 1 hour) walk OR underground OR tram rides that are 5 minute walk away 15 minute rides. The bus tram underground ticket cost me $8 for a 24 hour unlimited pass. Very good location with many amenities around and public transportation. Easy to navigate, helpful and friendly staff and the room was very clean, definitely recommend for a short trip to Vienna.

We were suggested to stay in this hotel with our toddler and so happy we did! It is kids oriented and offers separate room for toddlers with plenty of toys and riding cars and a separate room for older kids with all the games you can think of! hotel's easy to reach from the airport (Rennweg stop on the S7 line) & the #71 streetcar gets you to the old town in about 10 minutes; the hotel has a great pool and the beds are super comfortable; there's a supermarket and a nice cafe half a block away (upon exiting the hotel and walking to the street you turn left)

The hotel is on a great location close to the train station and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very modern and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was superb, food and beverage very good and facility was excellent. The location was very convenient for the main train/metro station and walkable to the old town section of Vienna.
