It was clean, comfortable and roomy with great AC on hot days. The views and the breeze on the dock and by the river were very pleasant. The owners were super friendly and helpful. The sunsets were lovely. We enjoyed hiking at Emerson Point Preserve just down the street. And the beach at Anna Maria Island, a 30 minute drive, was beautiful. We really liked the laid back atmosphere of the area and would happily stay here again. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the Teton camper. We wanted a place we could be on the water and dock our boat and this was perfect! The location is wonderful… a quiet and well kept neighborhood yet close to town. The camper was extremely clean, roomy yet cozy, and the bed and linens very comfortable. It was nearby to Bradenton, where we watched Spring Training baseball (Go Pirates!), and also near to Tampa/St. Pete, where we explored a bit. We had a small dog and the entire property was very pet friendly. There were 3 other rentals on this large property and at least 2 had larger dogs. It’s very close to Emerson Point Preserve and the property is towards the far end of the main road so very little traffic.
