No lifts so if you have heavy bags beware. The rooms are duplex with the upper rooms accessed via a narrow staircase with two turns. If you arrive late the kitchen closes early and the bar closes about 2200hrs, so you may have to go out to eat.

The rooms were beautifully cleaned, plenty of clean towels. The staff went over and above to help. And fulfil your needs. Breakfast and dinner was truly enjoyable with every food you could possibly want, fresh and plentiful. The hotel was truly relaxing, with a beautifully calm and relaxing feel.

Our experience was quite great. Staff was 100% helpful and all our requests were attended. Very clean (even with a "clean inspector"). Food was very good and without queues, which is important also. Very good value for money compared with other hotel brands.
