Enjoy the complex's pool and on-site laundry, and walk to nearby beaches, shops, dining, and the lively main strip. Nestled in tranquil Las Palmas with 24/7 security.
Located within the centrally located Green Forest Complex, this unit is part of a collection of Studios, each with its own unique charm. Indulge in the incredible pool area, perfect for refreshing swims and lounging under the sun. For added convenience, there is a paid washer and dryer available on-site in the rancho.
The beach is just a few minutes' walk away located on the other side of the road from the Pueblito Plaza djacent to the condominium. The Pueblito Plazas are a charming hub featuring a coffee shop, mini supermarket, and a variety of restaurants. From Mexican and Italian cuisine to Mediterranean flavors and a steakhouse, you'll have plenty of dining options to choose from.
For further entertainment, restaurants, and supermarkets, a short 10-minute walk will take you to the bustling main strip of town. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
