This exquisite Villa features a main house and a guest house, totaling 8,000+ square feet of living space. Five suites in the main house, including 4 ocean-view master bedrooms and an ensuite bunk + queen room. Sun Monkey accommodates up to 16 standard or optionally up to 22 guests. Each suite includes luxurious private bathroom, individual air conditioning, walk-out porch or balcony, black-out shades/curtains, and closet space ensuring a comfortable stay for every guest.

Villa Sun Monkey not only provides an idyllic setting but also a range of exclusive house services. Our dedicated team offers grocery shopping, bar stocking, and various options for chefs or personal bartender. The Villa features a stunning 60-foot infinity swimming pool with a stunning pavilion for entertainment and relaxation, and a large hot tub/spa between the pool and pavilion. A separate rancho with a wet bar and outdoor barbecue grill adds to the villa's entertainment space. Indoors, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and a den/office with a flat-screen TV.

Sun Monkey's 1.75-acre professionally landscaped grounds create a private and serene atmosphere, complemented by local fruit trees, flowers, and animals such as parrots and iguanas. The villa is double-gated, and onsite water storage, ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout your stay.
