The hotel was in a good location, close to intercity bus transportation and relatively close to the Nssca Main Plaza. Breakfast was good. However, some workers at the hotel were very helpful, whereas others were rather rude. The rooms needed some more cleaning, more towels, and did not provide any closet to hung up clothes.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Our room was spacious, quiet and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was really good. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Nazca.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the property was in excellent repair, and the complimentary breakfast was great. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

After I'd checked out of my room and was waiting at the bus station for my bus, an employee came to me to give me the extra cell phone I'd left in my room. I didn't know I'd left it. That was going the extra mile. I didn't get the young woman's name who made the trip to return it to me but she certainly deserves credit from her boss. The only downer about the room was no air conditioning but I should have paid more attention to the room's amenities when booking.
