It didn’t meet my expectioms. Apart from Mary which was great and knowledgeable there was just a lack of knowing how to relate with a guest in a 5 star hotel. Many employees but little or no 5 star knowledge. Pool was nice, restaurant serves continental cuisine and it is steps away from emblissi beach.

Can’t fault the hotel, as an out of town hotel it has everything. Nice pool, great varying food, gym, and evening entertainment. The staff are so kind and helpful. All of them are always so happy and full of enthusiasm. Honestly can’t thank them enough.
