“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Our room was clean, organized, and comfortable.
A special highlight was Zeus, the hotel’s cute, loving, and friendly dog! He was such a sweet addition and made our stay even more memorable. Overall, a lovely place to stay, and we would happily come back!”

“In all honesty the resort was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in traveling. When going to a tropical area, and after seeing pictures of the clearest blue water and when you arrive and the waters brown filled with sargasm (seaweed) that looks like boulders and absolutely stinks to the high heavens there’s a problem! Not one person from reef haven reached out directly to me to let us know about the issue with the resort closing their beach down. Pictures show snorkeling, clear water and……
