"We enjoyed our stay except check in and parking. Their underground parking lot was full and only 3 spots uncovered to unload. We got soaked (and so did our luggage), it was snowing very wet snow so this was quite unpleasant. The rooms are not large but stylish."

"Rooms are great. Not so great facing the city side. City side view is awful. Hot tub was closed down for the long weekend. Pool was cloudy. We were given a room up grade but had to waste a lot of the day waiting for it. We were told 1:00 pm, and we finally just left our things in our room to go out. ..."

"The rooms are fine. Clean. Booked hotel as there was paid parking and airport shuttle. When I inquired about booking the shuttle i was met with a blank stare. They said to come in the morning. When i went in morning to book shuttle i was met with the same blank stare. Not sure why i paid for parking ..."
