"The staff is not as helpful beyond the check in and checkout process. I’ve stayed at a few APAs and this location was challenging in comparison. Also no one in Japan can reach them. The phone number would repeated end in an empty dial tone. We had Yamato employees as well as airline employees dial so it was not a tourist issue. "

"It’s a nice hotel overall. The room is quite small/tight, but I guess that’s the norm in Japan. Besides that, it’s in a good location with a train station right next door. The staff are very nice. They also have traditional Japanese baths which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but that’s a huge plus! The free breakfast was decent. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I’d recommend it to others when visiting the Tokyo area"
