"This is a hard hotel to rate. Our room was actually really great. Spacious, everything very clean, everything working, cleaning staff kind, plenty of towels, fridge, great location. The breakfast was so weird and variable though. By this I mean that For 3 days it was perfectly fine (not a lot of choices, but fine) but on one day there was nothing to eat but bread (no oatmeal, no milk — by nothing I mean bread bread and nothing else). That was weird and the contrast with the days before was stark. The day with no food was a Monday. Also odd was that The front staff was seriously understaffed. We got what we needed and They were very nice but one person is not enough. It took 10 min to ask “where is the exercise room” bc the line was long and no one in the line knew the answer. There was no one outside of the desk check in person to answer a simple question like this. Also I would NEVER try to stay here with a car. The lot is not big enough and many people paying to stay who were in front of us in line were told they had to go find parking elsewhere Bc the hotel lot was full. People with disabilities should not stay here unless you are guaranteed a first floor room. There is only 1 elevator for 6 fl. All said it was MUCH MUCH better than many places in the area. Just make sure to get a room in the “tower” if you want your AC to work and you want a traditional hotel experience. We heard people in the “townhouses” had less pleasant experiences (and no exterior windows)"
