“The TV wasn't working and when I asked them about this they told me to message but they never replied or fixed anything. Also, keep in mind that the "breakfast" is a go-to breakfast which is just bread and oats and milk lying there in the kitchen. Maybe that is the idea but this should have been mentioned beforehand.
