“Apartment was very spacious with everything we needed. A continental breakfast was provided which was appreciated. We had dinner at the pub one night and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking available. There is no lift and entry/exit is via external fire exit stairs at the rear of the building.”

“Amazing hotel! We visited for our anniversary and were upgraded to one of the Manor Deluxe rooms, which was fab. The whole hotel was immaculately clean and all of the staff we encountered were polite and so helpful. We only wish we could have stayed longer and would love to visit again in the future!”

“The room was fine, but the hotel was basically unmanned. We had to speak to the staff via an intercom system which they were able to let us in to the lobby. We travelled a fair bit that day and looked forward to a good meal, but the premises looked like a ghost town. No staff, doors opened randomly to different rooms other than suites, and the restaurant and bar were permanently closed. Expedia did not mention this and I’m assuming that the hotel did not advise Expedia of this. The parking lot……
