“We needed a New Year's escape to rest and reset after a busy year and this log cabin was exactly what we needed. We had a great stay from start to finish, enjoyed the beautiful garden surroundings, had a great pub lunch & enjoyed breakfast after checking out at the local bakery. All we wanted was a hot tub so we booked this little getaway. They were so accommodating, a welcome bottle of procesco waiting for us, chocolates, hot chocolate, tea and coffee as well as having a box of thing in the cabin in case you forgot them, like paracetamol and new toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner which we thought was just a lovely touch! “The hut on the hill is stunning, as is the barn. The owners Mandy & David provided everything you could possibly need. Fresh white fluffy towels & dressing gowns/ eggs/ milk/ cake/ bread and a bed/ bowl/ leads& treats for our dogs. The hot tub was a wonderful temperature. The bed was comfy and the shower & loo brill. Both the hut and barn were decorated beautifully and all mod cons provided. The scenery was stunning & peaceful. Thanku to the owners soo lovely !”

“First impressions were amazing, looks exactly like the photos, also very clean and tidy! Had a look around to find a nice surprise in the fridge (thank you), also found some games which was a nice touch. Everything worked, so there was no need to bother the hosts during our stay, but we were struggling to get an uber on our last day and stayed a little over our check out time, this is when Alex came over and asked if everything was ok and provided us with a local taxi company.Definitely……

“It is a lovely little cabin situated at the back of the property. The beds were comfortable and nicely spaced. The cabin had everything we needed to cook and clean up. The underfloor heating is awesome and we love that you could control the heat in the bathroom separately to the living space. The hot tub was lovely and toasty. Sitting in it in the evenings with the birds and the trees was bliss. The road can get noisy but the host has done an amazing job at surrounding you with nature so you……
