Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. This was our second visit to Savannah and we were very pleased with the apt!! Our only comment would be that we would like more light at night- the bulbs were dim and the 3 way bulbs had only on setting that worked. Small issue!!!!!! It was great and we look forward to coming back next year!

Perfect Savannah Location
This property has everything you need to truly feel at home. We hope to go back and stay much longer. The only drawback was getting our bags up and down the stairs.

Wonderful Apartment in Great Location
I would highly recommend the Parlor Street apartment. It is centrally located, on one of the prettiest streets in Savannah, and close to very good food and drink options. The apartment itself is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The stairs leading to the apartment are quite steep, and may pose some difficulty for guests with mobility issues. Otherwise, it is a wonderful place I would not hesitate to recommend.

The only potentially negative thing I have to say about the place would be that the bathroom could use some updating and the furnace is extremely loud. Other than that, it was great.

Wonderful stay!!
Everything about this property was just perfect. I went with my BF and it was one of my favorite trips ever. Location is just about 10-15 minutes walking from everything we wanted to do. This location is very nice and quiet at night, so no trouble with the loud city life which i was a bit nervous about. We stayed on the second floor and we had no issues with noise from any other units which was yet another plus. I’m recommending everyone i know that wants to go to savannah to use this location. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful apartment!
This apartment was wonderful. It is located quaint, pretty street. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the quiet. It is very clean, decorated beautifully, and was just what my husband and I needed. It is in walking distance of many things in Savannah. We will definitely stay again.
