We had an absolute dream vacation at Puri Sebali. We love the property and we loved our room, but the wonderful staff were what made it an absolute dream! They were the best we have ever experienced! In the dining area, Rosi always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted – – and more. Eri was superb as well as the other supportive staff. Our room was always left, clean and neat, with fruit and water left for us every day. In the evenings, the turndown service left a bedtime story and cookies on our bed. We can’t wait to come back! You will not be disappointed.

This was the perfect space to share with our adult children and family. The pool is perfect, the gardens and surroundings are beautiful. Lovely, helpful staff. Close to Bintang Supermarket. A real oasis.

Beautiful place and happy with the villa. The spa has super views and the beach was nice but the hill tram down to the beach was not working one day. Be prepared for a staff member who tries to sell you timeshare and was quite pushy about meeting up without being clear from the outset about what the meeting was for. It was very, very expensive to stay here so we had high expectations. But, my husband and I stayed in 10 hotels over the month that we travelled around Bali.....there were many hotels that were equally nice or even more super but nothing like as expensive as this one, so it was not good value for money in my opinion.
