Very convenient location for travelers to/from Budapest Airport. Very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Location is outstanding for access to all central Munich sites and is within 100m of a train stop with direct line to airport. We had to catch an early morning departure flight so this was helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Excellent staff who provided helpful guidance related to local dining and travel to airport.

Decent hotel by the airport but outside of Munich. Biggest complaint is the internet/wifi was horrible and wasn’t connecting. When I went down to the front desk to ask for help, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. She said that because the hotel was fully booked, that’s probably why the internet wasn’t working and I would have to deal with it. When the Internet did finally work, they have strict parental controls on the WiFi. I was trying to watch YouTube podcast and then tried Netflix (nothing inappropriate) and most of the videos or shows weren’t showing up. But if I used data from my phone it worked just fine. Everything else was adequate but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location and has great air conditioning which is a pretty big deal when it’s 90 degrees in Munich in May! Some of the staff were wonderful, some less so. Room was clean and bathroom large. Breakfast very nice. One elevator was down due to construction - totally get it but we mostly had to use the stairs because it would take too long to arrive or elevators full. Just an inconvenience. Overall good stay and we would recommend.
