More food options would be nice. We stayed during the week, so the only restaurant open was in the casino and they close at 8! The high end restaurant is only open weekends. The small food and beverage option was a small room next to check in. Coffee other drinks, cereal was only option.

Breakfast was decent. Omelet bar was good. Service to get coffee/water was very slow. The Starbucks in the hotel was no longer there. My room did not have working a/c, broken refrigerator and shower head.

All staff members were nice and helpful. The woman working the breakfast area on Monday 4/20 was especially accommodating and helpful. Front desk staff was also kind. Public areas and my room were all clean and comfortable. Zero complaints :)

Shower soap dispenser was empty and no bar soap was left in place of that, which we didn't find out about until we checked out. TV did not include ESPN, which seems like it should be a staple channel for any reputable hotel chain.
