Shower squeals the entire time you’re in it. The shower still had hair and stuff in it. They got rid of the breakfast buffet and now you only have a platter option with a lot less choices. Seems like they have cut costs and do everything as cheap as possible since being bought out. A third of the arcade games aren’t working now out of order or not working. Online it says arcade opens at 10am, they removed the signs at check in for the arcade so I guess they open it whenever they choose.

Overall, we had a good stay. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. There was a lot of dog hair inside the cabin and on the outdoor furniture and cushions. We also found dust and cobwebs around the ceiling and light fixtures, making it seem like the cabin had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. Considering the price, I expected a much cleaner accommodation. I understand that guests are expected to wash the kitchen items they use and leave the cabin tidy, but I was surprised that we were also expected to strip the beds and sweep the floors before checking out. For the amount we paid, I don’t think guests should have to do part of the cleaning themselves, especially when the cabin wasn’t spotless upon arrival. The location is wonderful, but better cleaning and more reasonable checkout expectations would make the experience much better.

Great price, friendly staff, daily complimentary breakfast, nice cozy suites and indoor pool. Me, my husband and four children loved our stay here. We can't wait to come back again.

Very pleasant stop in our way to Canada driving from Florida. The front desk was super nice and helpful. The suite was perfect and super clean. The breakfast was good with good choices and variety. Super quiet in a best keep secret gem town of Queensbury Glens Falls/Lake George Area.
