La habitación impecable el personal muy amable,el desayuno estuvo bien,el jacuzzi excelente junto a la piscina,volveremos si fuera posible

Los sofacamas son muy incomodos y las habitaciones necesitan un poco de remodelacion

Limpio , familiar , el desayuno es básico y el espacio es pequeño solo 3 mesas así que hay veces que toca esperar. El hotel está un lugar céntrico, tiene restaurantes, Walmart, juegos y varias actividades

Overall, we had a good stay. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. There was a lot of dog hair inside the cabin and on the outdoor furniture and cushions. We also found dust and cobwebs around the ceiling and light fixtures, making it seem like the cabin had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. Considering the price, I expected a much cleaner accommodation. I understand that guests are expected to wash the kitchen items they use and leave the cabin tidy, but I was surprised that we were also expected to strip the beds and sweep the floors before checking out. For the amount we paid, I don’t think guests should have to do part of the cleaning themselves, especially when the cabin wasn’t spotless upon arrival. The location is wonderful, but better cleaning and more reasonable checkout expectations would make the experience much better.
