Planned to stay 3 nights. The power in the hotel went out our first night there. Elevators, hall lights, rooms, AC, everything but the casino itself. Zero communication from the staff about what was going on. At 10am the following morning, the power was still off, meaning no AC in July. We decided to go ahead and check out. Not only did they not explain what happened or apologize for the inconvenience, they gave us attitude when we went to check out and asked that our next two nights be cancelled without any charge. They kept the resort fee though...

"The manager gave us two rooms. In both rooms the A/C put out such a foul smell that we could not stay there. When we asked for a refund he did not argue. Gave us a refund and was very nice about it."
