“We had an overall good stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and clearly doing their best, even though not everyone spoke English. The hotel is outside central Zurich, but tram and train connections make it fairly quick and easy to reach Zürich HB and the city center. The building is modern, and having reception nearby was very convenient. We stayed during a heat wave, and without air conditioning the room became quite warm. A fan was provided, but it struggled to keep the room……
